The Belle Bridal team had a truly fabulous Monday at The White Gallery, perusing the new show-stopping Ian Stuart 2014 ‘Frill Me’ collection (see next issue) and badgering wonderful new designers for press packs. Battersea Evolution provided a decadent backdrop for a round up of some of the trade’s most influential designers and their new collections.
We loved the YolanCris bridal collection, superb detailing on some exquisite designs that took our breath away (especially the pearl covered creation). We fell in love with the vintage-inspired shoe collection from Rachel Simpson, elegantly understated and beautifully unique. ‘Jet Deco’ from Terry Fox inspired by the roar and glamour of the 1920s was another stunning example of magical creativity at this event. We were dazzled by beautifully structured creations from Stephanie Allin and the sophisticated Anoushka G - catwalk heaven! Our favourite new talent? Has to be Charlotte Casadejus - Charlotte's passion for exquisite vintage design and luxury is evident in this collection of contemporary classics. We swooned, again and again and again.
