Wedding Dresses That Are Not So White

DATE 16 November 2018

Brides, you best take a seat as we're about to drop some shut-the-front-door information that could totally change how you shop for your wedding dress. You ready for it? Wedding dresses don't have to be white. REPEAT. Wedding dresses don't have to be white.
We've seen bridal designers introducing touches of colour in their collections for years, but as we move into a new season of bridal we're seeing designers pushing the boundaries even further. Expect gowns with even more colour, bold patterns and prints, and detailing that's a little unusual, but so on point. It seems that in 2019 the bridal style possibilities are endless.
Still sitting down? Kick-back, relax and scroll through these gowns. You never know, you might find your dream wedding gown...

Why are we telling you this? Because we know our Northern brides aren't scared to rewrite the fashion rules and try something a little new. In fact, by using our #imabellebride hashtag we've found some regional bridal beauties who are a little less traditional and trying a bridal look that's alternative, but just as stunning. Plus, some amazing editorial shoots styled by yours truly.
