Ahead of our highly anticipated WONDERLAND shoot at one of the region’s most bold and beautiful wedding venues, Charlton Hall on 7th April, we are delighted to feature this stunning shoot, taken in the Ceremony Hall at the venue.  As a wonderland of glamour adorned with bold colours, hand painted interiors and restored antiques Charlton Hall is the ultimate host for stunning photoshoots and weddings that are just that little bit extra. Images by the hugely talented Emily Hannah Photography.

The floral arrangements for this gorgeous shoot were created by Floral Quarter. We spoke to the shoots creative director and owner, Vicky Laffey about the inspiration behind the shoot and the ideas behind her creations.

“It started with me seeing all of these beautiful luxurious balloon displays that are starting to come out nowadays.


"Then, I just got an image in my head and knew I had to find the right team to pull it off. Luckily, shortly after that, I found Chloe at Imaginarium Balloons, so we met up for a coffee and hashed out some ideas.

"Knowing the look I wanted for the shoot, light, airy, pretty and stylish, meant it was easy to pick a photographer. I approached the talented Emily Hannah and she had no hesitation in getting involved, hurray!"

"After that, I approached Gayle at Where the Ribbon Ends, Stephen at Northern Laser Design and Amanda at Amanda Michelle Stationery.

"Now we had our team, we needed a venue and as I'm a recommended Florist at Charlton Hall (where they have an awesome ceremony room!), I asked them and they gladly said yes!”
