THE PETAL PICKING PROCESS
So… How do you begin?
Make contact
+ Simply complete and submit the Contact Form on Lisa’s website including as many details as you can. You may have some inspiration images, possibly a Pinterest board which Lisa likes to see. She will then contact you to arrange a consultation that can be either face-to-face or by Zoom if you’re not North East based.
Consultation(30min-1hr)
+ Chat about you as a couple, your ideas and hopes for your day, your chosen venue and of course, flowers - colours, varieties, seasonality and likes and dislikes.
Proposal and Quote
+ Lisa then prepares a detailed proposal that describes her vision for your flowers, which is accompanied by a personalised vision board and a cost breakdown.
Booking and Contract
+ Once you have formally agreed to book Mindenwood as your wedding florist, you will be sent a contract and pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date. If the payment is not received within 14 days, the date will be open for other couples.
+ Remaining balance is due six weeks before your wedding date.
Next Steps
+ Lisa will stay in contact, continuing to work on designs and if needed, visiting your venue(s) and liaising with any other suppliers regarding logistics and timings; i.e. a wedding planner or co-ordinator.
+ At the six week point, you will meet to finalise details and then, the rest is up to the Mindenwood team.
The Big Reveal
+ The best day, your wedding day! Lisa will deliver your bridal flowers to you with a friendly reassuring smile, before setting up and finishing arrangements at your venue(s).
BELLE LOVES
We worked with Lisa on a very special editorial at The Biscuit Factory for Issue 26, and what she created was nothing short of magical.
Two pillars of fresh roses and foliage, a billowing bouquet and the most incredible soft Valentines-inspired aisle setup – testament to her ability to execute a brief to a T!
