Specialists in planning sustainable, stylish double-tap worthy soirées, Willow and Rust Weddings can make your big day dreams a triumphant reality. Led by Samantha Withey, a Thai cuisine-loving, half Australian wedding enthusiast, the business was born after Sam struggled to
find a sustainable outdoor wedding planner for her own special day. Having stumbled across an abundance of inspiration online, she decided to put all of the knowledge she had gained to good use and set up her own business to help other couples plan their own green, boho-esque weddings.
A World of Inspiration:
Based in Derbyshire with the beautiful Peak District on her doorstep, Sam is enamored with all things nature – a love affair that started in the depths of down under…. Being an avid traveller, Sam’s upbringing saw her travel all corners of the world, before spending seven years living in Sydney, Australia.
It is here that she adopted a love of the outdoors, living so close to the ocean and immersing herself in the laidback lifestyle of those golden sanded stretches.
Today, this is where a lot of her inspiration for beautiful outdoor weddings comes from – a fusion of Australian and English influences merging to create an eclectic mix of vintage elegance and sustainable elegance.
