BELLE INSPIRATION

Having seen a Wynyard wedding in Belle Bridal Magazine, Jayne was compelled to replicate the classical styling and immaculate vibes for her own special day. She wasted no time in booking a viewing, and as soon as her and hubby-to-be John ventured down the long twisting trail, opening out onto the walled drive and imposing facade of Wynyard Hall, they were sold.

THE MAGNIFICENCE OF WYNYARD GOT US. THE AMAZING STATE ROOMS AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS, THE 18TH CENTURY CHAPEL; WE SIMPLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE VENUE AND COULDN’T IMAGINE BEING MARRIED ANYWHERE ELSE.

BLACK TIE ELEGANCE

Opting for a simplistic style for their day, Jayne and John let the beauty of Wynyard shine through. Groomsmen were dapper in black tuxes while bridesmaids were the something blue in their stylish gowns from Accent Original, and Jayne defined sophistication in a full-length regal-esque Pallas Couture gown (that she travelled to London to have fitted).

BELLE LOVES

Long statement detachable sleeves served all the regal glamour. A real trend of the times and one we hope stays...

Pastel florals peppered the Venetian style chapel, with baby blues, soft pinks and whites billowing out from the urns and bouquets creating a blissful wedding scene, before a full choir sang the first hymn Jerusalem as Jayne walked down the aisle. In her words, she “felt like royalty”.

Plot to plate dining and a performance from the singing waiters followed in the impressive conservatory, a huge open plan room that lends itself to luxury receptions, before late night dancing and all the romancing at this one-of-a-kind wedding venue.
