Opting to tie the knot with a ‘Just the Two of Us’ package at the stunning new Treehouse Suites at Ramside Hall – three elevated treehouses opened in early 2020 catering for spectacular celebrations – this perfect pair’s day was the epitome of special.

A Change of Plan

Having originally planned to have a large summer wedding at Ramside later this year, Jade and Craig decided to bring their date forward due to the uncertainty the pandemic was posing.

They didn’t want to wait any longer to get married, and luckily, the venue had a unique offering to suit their tastes.

Set within 350 acres of stunning grounds and boasting floor-to-cieling windows, sprawling wrap-around balconies and expert craftsmanship, Ramside’s brand new treehouses were the chosen venue for Jade and Craig.

 THE TREEHOUSES WERE THE PERFECT VENUE. THEY ARE POSITIONED RIGHT ON THE GOLF COURSE WHICH OFFERS LOVELY VIEWS, AND THE QUALITY FEEL OF THE ROOMS IS JUST AMAZING. WE WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER COUPLES LOOKING FOR A SMALL AND INTIMATE LOCATION.

Just The Two Of Them

The order of play:

• Room hire of their Treehouse
• Cocktails on the terrace
• A legal ceremony with witnesses provided by Ramside
• Romantic candlelit dinner for two with a bottle of Sommelier's choice of wine (Jade and Craig has the chef come to personally cook them a three-course meal – love in luxury…)
• Overnight accommodation
• A bottle of Taittinger and chocolates in the Suite

Now that sounds like the perfect rustic romance.

 I FELT VERY EMOTIONAL AS I WALKED UP THE AISLE. I WAS JUST SO THRILLED TO BE FINALLY MARRYING MY BEST FRIEND AFTER NEARLY 13 YEARS TOGETHER.

Fateful Photos

Due to the second COVID lockdown being announced the week before their wedding, Jade and Craig had to move their date forward one day so they could still have the overnight stay.

This meant their original photographer couldn’t make it, but in a true example of ‘everything happens for a reason’, they got in touch with Harry of Newcastle-based M.I.N.E Photography.

Luckily, Harry was able to make their date in short notice, coming to the rescue to photograph the most magical memories.

 WE ARE SO GLAD HARRY CAPTURED OUR DAY. THE PICTURES ARE PERFECT.
