Despite living within five minutes of each other for a decade, it wasn’t until they met at a mutual friend’s birthday party that Milly and Ella were able to begin their love story. After Ella popped the question on the beach during an Ibiza getaway, the brides were married in the luxurious, yet quaint Yorkshire Wedding Barn.
 

A Bride’s Best Kept Secret

 
Although both brides had an idea of the kind of gown they wanted to walk down the aisle in, they kept this secret from one another until the moment they saw each other on their wedding day. Showing that opposites attract Ella wore a stunning, Mon Cheri, strapless gown, with a classic fishtail silhouette and delicate, beaded detail. Walking down the aisle second, Milliy‘s Allure Bridals gown boasted an intricate attached cape.

By far one of the most emotional moments of any wedding day is when everybody sees the bride for the first time as she walks down the aisle. The guests got to experience this twice, as the brides took their first step into married life, one at a time, with their parents by their sides. The entire room was overflowing with emotion and everything was exactly how they dreamed it would be.

Not only did Milly and Ella have their day videoed so that they could watch back the happy memories for years to come, but the husband and wife duo from Jessica Holloway Photography meant that nothing on the day was missed.

 
Both brides were able to receive equal attention from their morning preparation up until the ceremony, when both photographers could capture the nuptials from every angle, so that not a second was missed.

 
 

We’re Going (back) to Ibiza

 
During the day, saxophonist Matt Case provided a laidback vibe through his saxophone playing. Not only did his chilled out music provide the perfect ambience throughout key points in the day, but Matt also swooped in to keep both brides calm so that they could enjoy their day. When the sun set Matt brought Ella and Milly full circle by transporting everybody to Ibiza with his DJ set.
