GUIDELINES

We will be fully supporting first and foremost our current recommended Guest List Wedding Supplier Community. Featured submissions that include at least one of these suppliers will be featured as long as they fit our style and requirements. INCLUSIVITY AND DIVERSITY

Belle Bridal’s ongoing commitment is to feature and actively pursue diversity in our wedding features across print and digital editions as well as our website. “Diverse” is defined to include representatives of different races, cultures, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, body types, and abilities. We are actively encouraging submissions that represent these communities.

EXCLUSIVITY

We ask for a window of one month only to allow continuous sharing of your precious work. We ask that you ensure the submission has not been shared with any other blog or magazine one month before and one month after the feature.

SUBMIT

In the first instance, please submit up to 20 maximum thumbnail images via simple email attachment to Rose at rose@bellebridalmagazine.com along with a brief introductory paragraph about the wedding or photoshoot including all the fashion credits, ie dress, suits etc.

At this early submission stage, please do not send high res/large images or zip files, as they may clog up our mailbox. Please refrain from sending watermarked images. Professional photography and videography only please.

APPROVAL

You will receive feedback within 5 working days regardless of whether your submission has been accepted or not. If your submission is accepted, you will be forwarded further instructions by email on how to get the full wedding submission over to us. We’ll then allocate you a publication date, always within one month of acceptance.
