Step 1: Remove
Remove any make-up and the days built up of dirt with a gentle cleanser. Step 2: Cleanse and Exfoliate
We have been converted to the range by Skintruth, available from Sally stores, the brand offers salon-quality formulas and products that are targeted to help different skin types. Cleanse with the Skintruth Optimise Facial Wash (£6.99 for 200ml) and then get rid of any dead skin cells lurking on the surface with a gentle exfoliation - try their Skintruth Optimise Gentle Facial Exfoliator (£6.99 for 150ml) formulated with Aloe Vera and Starflower extract.

Step 3: Rejuvenate
A pioneering range of luxury face masks has just hit beauty counters - featuring 24carat gold dust to combat signs of aging and super hydrating marine algae. The Casmara peel-off masks (£9.99, available at Boots) come in four varieties depending on your skin's needs. Each kit contains a peel-off mask, a conditioning cream and a spatula for easy application. Step 4: Replenish
