Lisa Jones is one of the most established names in the world of bridal for providing both hair and make-up for brides, as well as the whole bridal party, across the region and beyond. With more than 15 years' experience, she has proven to be one of the most desired make-up artists from the North East, creating flawless looks on the faces of thousands of brides-to-be.

Starting from humble beginnings Lisa began her career by working as an assistant for Julie Renwick, the first lady to bring Hair Extensions to the North East from London. Lisa spent a long time working beside Julie, picking up all the essential skills and perusing experiences of a lifetime. Not only did she work in the US (from the age of just 17), but she also put her talents to the test by working on vibrant carnival style fashion floats and romantic canal boats in the heart of Amsterdam.


After training across the globe and becoming the make-up mastermind behind several commercials and music videos, Lisa has gone on to take the bridal business by storm. Only working with the best premium products in the industry combined with her attention to detail, Lisa can create a variety of looks all with a very signature style. Each look is specifically tailored to each and every bride, from natural palettes to the bright bold statements.


Having worked with us here at Belle Bridal on many photoshoots and catwalk shows, it is safe to say Lisa knows a thing or two about creating that flawless, picture-perfect look.

Now, after accumulating years of experience in the beauty industry, Lisa has created the ultimate dream team by joining forces with Aimee McKenry, who has been training with Lisa to perfect her skills and techniques. Now, the two are a force to be reckoned with and are on a mission to make-up brides all over the North.
