The Venue

Shining a spotlight on Ellingham Hall’s newly renovated Blue Room, this stylishly moody gallery shows the versatility of this exclusive nook of Northumberland.


Often known for its enchanting period charm and high-end luxury, this shoot showed Ellingham Hall from a dark glamour perspective, perfect for the bride looking for something a little different… and spectacular for all of the brides out there looking for some festive #wedspiration.

Styling

Stylists of this shoot – The Whole Sch-bang – specialise in designing a bride and groom’s dream wedding.

Be it an intimate chic affair, or a large-scale theme, these northern creatives have a vast hire catalogue to transform any venue. This project not only demonstrated some of their cutting edge work, but also introduced some products from their newest line. The models were dressed in an eclectic mix of bohemian gowns from Epernay Bridal, with alternative t-shirts and jackets from Star Lover Vintage Fashion which perfectly matched the styling as well as the unique feel of basement and rooms as Ellingham Hall.

Hand-calligraphed leaves by the Chief Chalker decorated the tables along with avant-garde centrepieces under the glow of whimsical signage from Coco Lumiere.

The Final Look

The diverse combination of these wedding creatives made for a shoot which showed another side to the grand, picture perfect Ellingham Hall. This portfolio thrust Ellingham Hall into the limelight as both a venue for the traditional and more contemporary bride looking for a more modern and art deco venue with an edge.
