Your favourite area of the venue, and why?

The Dutch Barn is an amazing space as the scale of the building is so impressive. Both ends have a focal point; the seven-metre long bar at one end and the open kitchen at the other.

Something Grangefields has that other venues don’t?

A huge, covered veranda so your whole wedding party can drink Champagne in the rain and the show kitchen with BBQ, pizza oven and rotisserie.

Why Derbyshire?

Derbyshire is a beautiful county with lots of amazing pubs and restaurants. Situated bang in the middle of the UK, it is so easy to get to by car, train (to Derby) or plane (to East Midlands).

Where do you hope the venue is/has achieved in five years' time?

We want to be known as the best place to get married in the Midlands. We also are looking to put in a bridal suite and lots of exciting new features, so stay tuned!
