If you go down to the woods today you’re in for a big (and beautiful) surprise, as we reminisce back to the time Belle Bridal took over the grounds of Biddick Hall for Into The Woods. Captured by Sean Elliott Photography (over a year ago), we wanted to share this editorial shoot with you all again, in the run up to our very own bridal gathering in Lambton Estates.
Biddick Hall is just one of the gorgeous venues that make up Lambton Estates (the other is Lambton Castle, if you didn’t already know). We’ll talk about Lambton Castle in just a moment, but right now this gorgeous shoot demands all the attention.
Nestled in County Durham, Biddick Hall is a unique and private venue. As you can see from these images, there’s an abundance of beautiful areas for your wedding backdrop. Although the aim of the shoot was to capture the natural beauty of this setting, you can see that both colour and texture are a fluid focus within the shoot.
Bare wood, crisp leaves and layers upon layers of tulle, it’s a clash of textures. We especially love that the autumn leaves complement our model’s auburn crown. These dresses, which were carefully selected by our creative director, just show that you can dress to suit your setting and venue.
Here at Biddick Hall we enjoyed the freedom and luxury of the English country house that all couples receive on their big day. Set amidst beautiful gardens with extensive grounds in a walled private estate, this setting offers seclusion, peace and tranquility.
As you can see we LOVE every inch of Lambton Estates. Now remember how we mentioned Lambton Castle? If you didn’t know already (where have you been?!) we’re hosting a HUGE wedding fair at Lambton Castle, which is another fantastic venue in Lambton Estates. It’s going to be the ultimate outdoor garden party, so if you like fashion, freebies, tipples, food and all day entertainment (plus you can WIN a 2018 Mooshki wedding gown), then make sure you register here for a FREE goodie bag.
