STORY OF THE SHOOT
This Runaway brides concept originated from photographer Molly Georgia Photography, who wanted to capture the feminine empowerment through a trio of rebellious brides. Alongside hair and makeup artist, Hayley Marie Artistry, they brought together an amazing all-women team of suppliers to showcase fun, fantasy and feminity through this editorial shoot.
Leading the charge of glory was Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal, one of our very own Guest List boutiques based in Matlock, Derbyshire, who provided picture-perfect dresses to compliment the scene. Think flowing tulle sleeves, voluminous skirts and oh so dreamy silhouettes. The ultimate modern marriage wardrobe.
CREATING A MASTERPIECE
After finding the venue at Fillongley Hall, this team knew this was an exquisite place to bring the shoot to life. From the stature of the marble pillars in the main hall, to the grandeur of the decor in the library, it made the perfect elegant location to showcase this sensation.
The colour schemes were initially inspired by the autumnal tones of the marble pillars in the main hall in Fillongley. In this admirable scenery, the team wanted to capture on-trend colours with a touch of boldness and feminity. The wonderful cake supplier, Nikki, and floral supplier, Caroline, helped bring this to life by incorporating soft hues of cream, baby pink and peach into their designs, complimenting the warm coral tones of the interior.
NATURAL BEAUTY
The makeup and hairstyles, designed by Hayley Marie Artistry, were soft and romantic. Hayley who specialises in natural, understated beauty wanted to capture as essence of softness in her looks, to allow the true beauty of the models to shine through.
SUPPLIER SPOTLIGHT
Dreamy dresses from Nicole Milano at Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal brought everything together complimenting the romantic floaty hair and makeup, whilst creating a statement of grandeur and elegance, perfectly fitting with the location.

One of my top collections for 2023 is Nicole Milano. I absolutely adore these dresses for their Italian romance and avant-garde designs, and Charlotte has such an eye for stocking the most incredible silhouettes.
