At Belle Bridal, we just have not stopped swooning over the final gown on the Ralph & Russo Spring/Summer 2019 catwalk.
The finale is always something to be excited about and their recent show was no different.
The press has been hot on all of the Latin American inspired garments. However, it is of course the bridal gown that we took a shine to.
The dress was a complete contrast to the rest of the collection. Firstly, the catwalk was filled with vibrant pinks and eye catching greens. But, all eyes were on Swedish model and Victoria Secret Angel, Elsa Hosk as she made her way down the catwalk in a stunning white wedding dress of our dreams.
With a plunging neckline, off the shoulder, small straps and a beautifully exaggerated skirt, she had everyone’s eyes on her.
An extravagant train followed behind her and the intricate jewels sat in a perfect pattern as the princess style dress hugged her figure in all of the right places.
Yet, the luxury elements of the garment did not stop there.
Her floral headpiece sat almost like a tiara. It held her amazingly long, lace veil in place and made the look ever more beautiful.
She really proved that less is more with make-up and added accessories when your dress and headwear make such a huge statement like this.
Wearing her hair in a tight, classic bun with neutral yet glowing make-up, she pulled off the perfect bridal look for this spring and summer. She looked as though she had walked straight out of a fairytale.
The ornate decoration on the dress looked truly royal with its heavy detailing. It was not difficult to see why this gown was the finale piece and arguably the best one in the past few years. Nor was it difficult to see why Meghan Markle wore Ralph & Russo during her engagement shoot in 2017.
The brands wedding dresses are always something to be admired. It seems they will just keep getting better and better.
Pretty In Pink
The other outfits featured in the collection could be perfect for guests to wear to a wedding.
Baby pink is a definite trend this year and the Ralph & Russo Spring/Summer 2019 catwalk proved that. Of course, it’s always a go-to colour for summer weddings.
