Luxury without pretentiousness, the effortlessly charming Askham Hall, provided Rebecca and Robbie with a versatile canvas to put their mark on, on their big day.

Although they had both gone to school together, it wasn’t until the end of sixth-form that Rebecca and Robbie finally began their journey together.

Childhood Sweethearts:

From the word go, it was clear that they were right for each other – slotting perfectly into each others lives like a missing jigsaw piece.

When Robbie popped the question, during a romantic sunset walk with their puppy, of course the answer was a resounding yes.

Under the light of a thousand fairy lights:

Under the twinkling glimmer of thousands of fairy lights, hanging from the open, oak beamed ceiling of the beautiful barn at Askham Hall, Robbie watched his bride walk down the aisle in a classic, yet sensual laced dress with accented Rebecca’s figure.

Complementing the rustic charm of the lovingly renovated barn space, the main house at Askham Hall gave wedding guests and comfortable and lavish place to retire to as the festivities came to a close.

Not only did Askham Hall provide a romantic atmosphere throughout the wedding celebrations, and an incredible space which allowed the couple to put their own stamp on their day, but at the end of the night the dedicated staff even went so far as to helping guests get home!

Askham Hall’s attention to detail from start to finish meant that neither the bride nor the groom had to make any compromises and the outstanding service ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day.

The Most Desirable Dress:

An unplanned trip to Most Desirable in Newcastle resulted in Rebecca finding the dress of her dreams.

Classic, chic and elegant to say the least, Rebecca stepped out in a beautiful fitted Pronovias gown. The long lace sleeve and buttoned up back, added romance and beauty to their wedding day.
