Jodie and Gavin celebrated their wedding with friends and family in the traditional setting of Beamish Hall. Nestled in 24 acres of woodland, this 12th century manor house hotel was a dream come true, offering a picturesque backdrop for photos and the space to host the grandest of bridal gatherings. Jodie and Gavin are in love with their wedding photographs, captured by Michael Cartwright, as they tell the story of their wedding oh-so perfectly…
“We hadn’t been to see many wedding venues before Beamish and we instantly fell in love with it. We would definitely recommend Beamish Hall – it was perfect and did not disappoint, the whole experience was faultless. We were even lucky enough to have sunshine!”
Jodie wore a beautiful wedding gown from Exclusively Yours, in Wingate. Since this bridal boutique offers everything a bride-to-be needs, Jodie also found the perfect outfits for her bridesmaids and flower girls too. While Jodie’s bridesmaids wore full length lavender dresses, her mini maids wore white gowns with belts to complement the soft purple.
Once the couple had said “I Do” they were whisked away to their wedding reception at Beamish Hall in a classic car from ATW Vintage car, which suited this traditional bride and groom.
Here Jodie and Gavin, and the rest of the bridal party, made the most of the glorious sunshine by celebrating in the gardens that surround this beautiful venue. Once the sun went down, everyone gathered on the dancefloor and partied away until the early hours of the morning.
