Three best men, two children and one grand celebration, Danielle and Andrew tied the knot in the relaxed setting of Whinstone View 10 years to the date they met.
“We wanted a wedding where everyone could just let their hair down and enjoy the day. As soon as we saw Whinstone View we knew it was where we wanted to host our wedding day. It exceeded all expectations. The venue and surroundings are beautiful and we loved the wedding package that they had to offer – afternoon tea and fish and chips – it was exactly what we wanted,” said Danielle.
To make the venue their own, the couple added personal touches such as; table names with song lyrics written on, polaroid pictures of their wedding guests and personalised name coasters and biscuits.
It may have been the couple’s wedding day, but it was also another important day… the first Euro 2016 football game for England. Since the best men – all three of them – we’re avid football supporters after the speeches, all the guests were upstanding to sing the England National Anthem.
Advice for other brides and grooms-to-be?
“Don’t worry about anything going wrong, nobody will notice if things don’t go exactly how you planned. Just enjoy your day, it is such an incredibly special day but goes so fast, enjoy every minute.
