Justine and Kevin hosted an intimate affair in the picture-perfect setting of Hardwicke Hall Manor Hotel. “We were looking for a venue that was small and intimate, where we could invite our closest family and friends to celebrate with us. We went for Hardwicke Hall Manor Hotel because the décor was just what we wanted, and we could add our own special touches to make it how we wanted. It was special and enclosed, and just what we were looking for.”
“We had been to weddings at Hardwicke Hall Manor Hotel in the past. I had always loved the venue for its grounds and atmosphere. When we first went to view the wedding venue we immediately fell in love and knew it was the venue for us. With our personal touches added it was everything we wanted. We loved the look of the front of the building as this was the first thing our guests were going to see - it was this that ensured us that this was the venue for us. I would recommend the venue and the service to all future brides and grooms-to-be.”
“Our photographer was Faye Collins. I had searched for Faye through recommended photographers in the North East one year prior for my little boys 1st birthday cake smash. When Kevin and I decided to get married and I was looking to book different people for certain aspects of the wedding and I knew straight away I wanted Faye to do it. She was brilliant with Joshua and I couldn’t fault her on the day either! I would highly recommend her to anyone else.”
Advice for other brides and grooms?
“Enjoy every minute of the day. Take time (even when you're getting photos done) to talk, reflect and relax. People always say the day goes too quick and they are not wrong.”
What was your highlight of the day?
“The highlight of the day was listening to the speeches, as I had never heard them before and especially the words from my mam as I wasn’t aware she was doing one,” said Justine.
“My highlight was seeing Justine walking down the aisle in her dress,” said Kevin.
