Following on from our #ThrowbackThursday series, this week we’re reminiscing back to one of our early Yorkshire issues to this gorgeous shoot by Scott Spock Photography. Spellbound is a bewitching shoot that showcases a collection of bridal wear that allures with layers and dazzles with detailing.
The historic setting of Bolton Street was the perfect location for this shoot, as the vibrant purple haze complements the castle’s 14th century decor. There’s a mix of minimal gowns that simply drape the body and jewel encrusted dresses that shimmer in the moonlight. While some gowns demand all your attention others are a base for accessories to reign supreme.
We simply adore this shoot and the creatives who were involved. So please, raise your hands for Spellbound and all hail the ice queen as she claims her throne…
Beautiful and whimsical with just a tint of gothic glamour, for those tying the knot in Autumn, Winter or an historic venue, this is the perfect source of inspiration.
