By bringing together traditional craftsmanship and modern materials, the team at Whinstone have created a wonderfully warm, charmingly rustic setting for the perfect natural country wedding.
Weddings at Whinstone View: Weddings can take place with or without a civil ceremony. The barn can seat up to 150 guests (120 for a civil ceremony), and has ample circular or long tables, complete with beautiful wooden chairs and neutral soft furnishings, to provide a real rustic romance feel.
Your big day at Wray’s Barn will see a gorgeous marriage of old with new – savour your first dance on the rustic wooden dance floor, before a sophisticated sound system is sure to get the party started.
Rest Your Head: If all the eating, drinking and dancing has you ready to retire to bed, you can rest assured you’ll have an incredibly comfy one here. Stay the night before your wedding in one of the luxury log cabins complete with hot tub, or reserve the Blue Lodge which can sleep up to six people.
For larger parties – perhaps for a pre-wedding sleepover with your bridesmaids – there’s the three-storey log cabin, Frida, which sleeps eight in cosy yet contemporary luxury.
